Site Manager required to manage an external panel replacement scheme on a High Rise Tower block within the Birmingham area

THE JOB:

My client is looking for a NO1 site manager to manage a EWI scheme on a residential high rise tower block, the work consists of full removal and replacement of panels to the outside of the block. This role will be working closely with the client who is also based on site

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing on high rise blocks
• Experienced within External Wall Insulation or Panel Replacement
• Work as a NO1 or stand alone manager and confident to manage the scopes of works from inception/completion
• Able to start immediately
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card required
