Your Job

My client currently require a Site Manager to join their already well established Production Team to work on across a range of Civil Engineer projects in the West Midlands

As a Site Manager you will
  • Be responsible for the delivery of the agreed project plan
  • Understand the role and duties of their team and agree daily activities
  • Be able to manage a range of sub-contractors on site
  • Responsible for developing and managing client relationships
  • Attend and represent the company in project meetings
  • Take commercial responsibility with the visiting Quantity Surveyor for the project
  • Produce timely reports into key stakeholders about project progress
  • Order necessary resources such as plant and labour for site
  • Comply with all Environmental and Health & Safety systems on the project

Your Knowledge

As a Site Manager you will,
  • Have a background in heavy Civil Engineering
  • Working experience in water engineering
  • Knowledge of piling techniques
  • A background in R&C works and deep drainage
  • Be skilled in IT and project planning
  • Possess the ability to manage both labour and resource
