Handyman

PSR are recruiting for a Handyman to work on a construction site in the East Horsley area , on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of tasks related to planned and reactive maintenance in social housing properties.
• Perform guttering repairs, carpentry work, decorating, and other general maintenance work.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols.
• Climbing up ladders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social housing or council work is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in carpentry, decorating, and other relevant trades.
• CSCS card and own tools required.
• Reliable, diplomatic, and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
