About the Role:
PSR Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on behalf of a residential client in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
