A leading West Midlands based contractor are looking for a Supervisor with a experience in Highways for multiple multi-million pound projects spanning across the region.

Overview of Role

You will be covering a variety of civil engineering projects on the highways network. You will be working to timescales in each project within the framework and will be comfortable working with both clients, colleagues and also working on Highways projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the Industries in which we work i.e. highways, etc
• Multi skilled in all aspects of civils works
• CSCS Supervisor Card
• SSSTS
• NRSWA Accreditation
• CPCS Training in Excavators/Dupers/Rollers and/or HIAB
• Ability to tow trailers
• Ability to read plans and drawings
• Good IT skills

THE CANDIDATE

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Professional attitude and ability to operate without supervision
• Capable of teaching and developing operatives
• Good commercial awareness
• An understanding of relevant Health & Safety legislation
• Full clean driving licence
