An exciting opportunity has exploded working for a Tier 1 contractor in Northamptonshire as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.
As the M&E Quantity Surveyor you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects/sectors for a successful and established client
This contractor has a successful track record for delivering on developing staff, repeat business and successful projects empowering their employees to strive for excellence.
M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:.
- Preparing order of cost estimates
- Deal with subcontract enquiries and tender reviews.
- Manage valuations, project cash-flows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.
- Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans
- Cost Planning
- Final account settling
It would be highly desirable that this M&E Quantity Surveyor has understanding of all main forms of contract JCT, NEC etc
