M&E Quantity Surveyor

M&E Quantity Surveyor required to work for an exciting and growing MEP Client in the East Midlands. This company have had phenomenal growth due to its strong and steady pipeline. It is proven to be a lucrative hub for my client across the Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Commercial and Education sectors. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be looking after all contractual and financial controls and managing the delivery of commercial project objectives. Working in Northamptonshire and working on projects in excess of £5m.
M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- You will need to ensure commercial & contractual control and coordination of the project
- Teamwork is imperative and clear communication

M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Full understanding of various risks with forms of contracts.
