We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects within the new build bespoke housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage technical aspects of ongoing construction projects from planning through to completion in the new build bespoke housing sector.

• Liaise between the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression.

• Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.

• Assist in the preparation of project reports, progress updates, and problem-solving on site-related issues.

• Review plans, specifications, and construction details to ensure all designs meet the required standards and specifications.

• Monitor project time lines and assist in the procurement of materials and resources.

• Provide support to the site teams, ensuring they have the technical support and guidance needed.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry, ideally in new build bespoke housing.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and project management.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and industry standards.

• A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves travel to various sites.
