Job description

The Client
My Client is a leading provider of refurbishment services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to planned maintenance and responsive repairs. Due to managing an increased amount of properties, they are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer covering the central Birmingham area.

The Role
You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Stream / Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for a variety of structural works in domestic dwellings.


  • Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
  • Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
  • Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
  • Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, schedule of works etc.
  • Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings and open days to advise tenants of works being completed
  • Conducting surveys
  • Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed
  • General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience of working as an RLO / TLO on social housing projects
  • Must have a CSCS card
