Facilities Management Procurement Manager / FM QS
Up to £65,000 + car/allowance + bonus
3 days North of England, 2 days home - eventually fully remote (can be based anywhere).
Are you a Facilities Management professional with Procurement / QS experience? Are you well versed in running large scale procurement elements of an FM contract? Then we'd love to hear from you.
You will manage all financial and sub contracted services for this multi-million pound Facilities Management contract.
You will need experience of managing procurement services/contracts within the FM sector.
You will be:
- Managing and reporting on financial performance across large scale FM contracts (PPM/Maintenance/TFM).
- Managing project risk, insurances and reporting contractual issues
- Managing costs, cashflow, submission of invoices and production of accounts
- Managing turnover forecasts and P&L
- Monitoring, compliance, quality, efficiency and procedures
Ideally you have a relevant Degree (CIPS/QS) and have worked within a Facilities Management Service Provider. Public Sector experience also advantageous.
