🔌 Job Opportunity: Social Housing Electricians (x3) - Liverpool & Manchester Area
📍 Location: Liverpool & Manchester (Various Sites)
💰 Salary: Starting from £37,500 per year
OTE: £43,000 - £48,000 with performance bonuses
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Permanent
📅 Holidays: 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

We're currently recruiting 3 qualified Electricians to join our growing team, working across social housing projects in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent earning potential and a strong focus on career progression and job stability.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical testing, inspection, repairs, and installations in domestic properties

• Delivering high-quality work in both void and occupied homes

• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and current regulations

• Accurately completing EICRs and other certification documentation

• Working independently and managing your schedule efficiently

✅ Requirements:

• Proven social housing experience (essential)

• 2391 Test & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)

• AM2 qualification

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
