Electrician - Temp to Perm (Social Housing)

Location: Exeter - yeovil
Pay Rate: £39,000 pa
Start Date: Immediate start available

We are currently recruiting a qualified Electrician for a temp to perm position carrying out electrical work within social housing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable electrician looking for long-term, stable employment.

The Role:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs, and small installation works

• Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)

• Working in occupied and void social housing properties

• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards

• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent

• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties (Prefered)

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
