Finisher Required - Leeds

Pay Rate: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour (CIS)
Location: Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard site hours

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Finisher to work on a busy new-build housing development in Leeds.
The role involves completing snagging and finishing tasks across plots to ensure high-quality standards are met before handover.

Typical duties will include:

Snagging and remedial works
Touch-up plastering, joinery, sealing, and final fix adjustments
Ensuring plots are completed to a high standard
Liaising with site management regarding daily tasks and priorities
Supporting the wider site team when required

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card - essential
Previous finishing experience on housing sites
Strong all-round finishing skills (joinery touch-ups, mastic, patching, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Own tools and PPE
