Finisher - Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing before finishing applications.
• Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, stain, or sealants to a variety of surfaces (wood, metal, concrete, etc.).
• Ensure a high-quality finish by inspecting surfaces and correcting any defects or imperfections.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper application of finishing materials.
• Work closely with other trades and contractors to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Finisher - Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
• Knowledge of different finishing materials and techniques (e.g., painting, staining, lacquering).
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
