Multi-Trader

Job Overview:

My client, a reputable social housing contractor, is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team for a key social housing scheme in Skelmersdale. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of social housing properties within the community.

Multi Trader Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering, to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain excellent and effective working relationships with tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects efficiently, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Multi Trader Requirements:

• Relevant NVQ in a construction-related trade.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, preferably within social housing or similar environments.
• Ability to carry out a variety of trades to a high standard.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
