Plasterers Required - Liverpool
Social Housing Void Property Scheme

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Plasterers to join an ongoing void property refurbishment programme in Liverpool. This role involves working on empty social housing units, carrying out high-standard plastering works as part of a wider maintenance and improvement team.

Key Details:

• Location: Liverpool

• Project Type: Social housing - void properties

• Duration: Ongoing work

• Start Time: Immediate start available

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

• Rate of Pay: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Payment Type: CIS

Responsibilities:

• Skimming, patch repairs, and full wall/ceiling plastering in vacant domestic properties

• Working efficiently to prepare properties for re-let

• Liaising with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project progress

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport

• Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing or similar settings

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own tools and PPE
