[Plasterer] Roles and Responsibilities

· Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and partitions for a smooth or textured finish.

· Prepare work surfaces by removing old plaster, debris, and contaminants.

· Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, ensuring proper application.

· Use trowels, brushes, and other tools to achieve the required finish on various surfaces.

[Plasterer] Requirements

. NVQ Level 2

· Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role.

· Ability to work with a variety of plastering tools and materials.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

· Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
