Roles and Responsibilities:

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures in residential properties.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water supply, drainage, and heating systems.

· Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety and regulatory standards.

· Work closely with other tradespeople and site managers to complete projects efficiently and on time.

· Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any plumbing concerns professionally.

Plumber Requirements:

· NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is essential.

· Proven experience in plumbing, particularly within social housing schemes.

· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
