My client, a leading contractor specializing in social housing, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join their team. This role involves working on a social housing scheme across Skelmersdale and West Lancashire, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in top condition. You'll be provided with your own van and fuel card, making it a hassle-free, mobile role. The position offers a rate of £22.44 per hour.

Plumber roles and responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional plumbing services to social housing tenants across West Lancashire.
- Carrying out installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and the housing association, ensuring clear communication.
- Conducting inspections and identifying issues promptly, offering solutions where needed.
- Keeping accurate records of completed work and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Upholding health and safety standards across all jobs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Plumber requirements:

- JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services card is essential.
- Strong experience working as a plumber within social housing or similar environments.
- Ability to work independently, managing your time efficiently across multiple jobs.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with tenants and colleagues.
