Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder to join our team for a residential project in Pagham. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
- Ensure all scaffolding is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid scaffolding qualifications
- Proven experience in residential scaffolding.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
