Role Overview

PSR are currently recruiting for an experienced and skilled Shuttering Joiner to work on a short-term construction project in North Ferriby. This position offers excellent rates of pay, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a well-managed site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of formwork and shuttering joinery, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard throughout the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out and constructing shuttering and formwork systems for concrete structures

• Reading and working from technical drawings and plans

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber or metal formwork components

• Working efficiently to meet site schedules and deadlines

• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship on site

• Communicating effectively with site management and other trades

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Joiner on construction projects

• Strong understanding of formwork systems and site safety procedures

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Own tools and PPE preferred
