PSR are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall/ Gatesperson for a new build school starting in Huddersfield

Traffic Marshall - Roles and Responsibilities

• Direct and control traffic on and around construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists.

• Guide large vehicles and machinery safely on and off site.

• Communicate clearly with drivers and site staff using hand signals or radio equipment.

• Ensure that traffic movement complies with safety regulations and site procedures.

• Monitor site access and assist with pedestrian management when required.

Traffic Marshall - Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.

• CSCS card

• Previous experience in a similar role within a construction or industrial setting is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• A good understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to following site protocols.
