PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall on behalf of a reputable groundworks client operating in the Romsey area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team on a busy construction site.
Role Overview:
As a Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and plant around the site, maintaining clear communication with drivers and site operatives, and supporting site logistics as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing site traffic flow
- Ensuring safety of pedestrians and vehicles
- Communicating effectively with site teams and delivery drivers
- Monitoring and maintaining access routes
- Supporting general site duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall ticket - Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role on a construction or groundworks site
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
