We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a long-term construction project in Wigan, starting on April 1st. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with a reputable company.

Job Details:

• Start Date: April 1st
• Location: Wigan
• Hours: 40+ per week (Monday to Friday)
• Duration: Long-term work
• Pay Rate: £16 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Directing and managing site traffic to ensure safety for workers, visitors, and the public
• Coordinating vehicle movements in and around the construction site
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with site managers, drivers, and workers
• Maintaining clear and safe access routes

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site (essential)
• Traffic Marshall ticket is beneficial but not essential
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
