Traffic Marshall/Gateman Roles and Responsibilities

• Directing and managing the movement of vehicles and machinery on the construction site.
• Ensuring the safe movement of plant and vehicles around the site.
• Coordinating deliveries and logging all vehicles entering and leaving the site.
• Checking and validating permits and licenses of vehicles and operators.
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety regulations and site rules.
• Reporting any health and safety concerns to site management.
• Maintaining clear communication with site personnel and drivers.

Traffic Marshall/Gateman Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Availability for full-time work.

Note: CPCS or NPORS certification is not required for this role.
