Job description

Key experience
  • Degree qualified in either a Commercial, Engineering or Accountancy degree
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills
  • IT literate and proficient in MS Excel
  • Good degree of commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of construction or civil engineering / infrastructure works an advantage




The Role

This is an excellent entry opportunity for a graduate, looking to build a career in the construction industry.

You will be trained and mentored by the Snr Management team, working on a variety of projects including: Groundworks & Civil Engineering, Major Demolition, Multi-Level Basement Construction, Hi-Rise Reinforced Concrete Frames and Land Remediation.

You will be responsible for day-to-day collection of all project cost information, reporting of costs against activities and allocation against budgets. Management of budgets and cost control relating to Materials, plant and labour.

Preparing and collating, weekly and monthly reports for the project team regarding the cost flow forecast, cash flow forecast and cost value reporting.

You will also have the opportunity to work with the pre-construction, bid & estimating team in the preparation of tenders, identifying potential and actual project costs.

Continual personal development, internally and externally will be provided.
