Job description

Seeking an experienced administrator to work within a training department for a large Construction company in Leicester. This is a maternity cover position for 3 months initially.



Responsibilities include:



To administer and co-ordinate training activities

Undertake all training administration and maintain training plans

Maintain up to date databases in terms of delegates / training providers / qualifications.

Work in close collaboration with HR.

Prepare and issue joining packs to all new trainees / delegates as required.



Experience Required:



Very strong Excel skills

Background in administration (ideally within a training / HR division)

Experience of training portals (desirable)

Commercial awareness

Strong planning and organisational skills

IT / Admin skills gained within the working environment



Own transport is required as this role will initially involve being based from a Satellite Office.

Willingness to travel (at company cost) to other Business Units as and when required.
