Acquisition of PSR Group

We are pleased to announce that PSR Staffing Solutions Ltd have acquired the business and assets of PSR Contract Solutions Ltd and PSR Group effective 1st August 2023.  

Kroll were appointed by the Directors of PSR Group Ltd to review the future strategic path of the business. Following a review and an accelerated marketing programme for the business, PSR Staffing Solutions Ltd were the successful acquiror.

PSR Staffing Solutions Ltd is now supported by strategic investment partner Baystone Associates through its portfolio company ISS Labour headed up by Gary Beeston.

The acquisition will ensure employment for PSR’s 1200 staff and temporary workers under the PSR Solutions brand. Providing clients with continuity of supply of temporary workers, protecting them from business interruptions as much as possible with operations remaining largely unaffected during the transition process.  

PSR Solutions will continue to operate as an independent business led by James Sanders and the current senior leadership team.
