Investors in people platinum accreditation

We are incredibly proud to announce that Investors in People have awarded us, 'We invest in people' platinum accreditation.

Over 50,000 companies have been assessed by IIP in over 66 countries, with only 2% achieving platinum level – the highest accolade to be awarded. Setting an international benchmark for leadership, employees, and companies to work together to create an effective environment, IIP recognises organisations who seek to improve performance through the management and development of its people.

It means policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of PSR Solutions and everybody knows that they have a part to play in the company doing well, and is always looking for ways to improve. This is a huge achievement and an indicator of how strong our culture and values are throughout our business strategy, ethos and our colleagues.

It demonstrates our commitment to continually improve and develop our staff, giving them the necessary training, tools and support required to help them achieve both their business and personal goals.
