PSR expands into app-based healthcare recruitment

We are delighted to announce that we have expanded the PSR Group once more, this time within the technology space for healthcare recruitment. Our vision is to pave the way for positive change in the recruitment sector and has been the drive and passion for us to develop the company.

We recognised that healthcare professionals are often bombarded via various platforms from recruitment agencies, which can be both stressful and inconvenient, and we wanted to provide a solution.  

This will be in the form of a bespoke app, which will be accessible by all healthcare professionals, allowing them to manage their own working hours with ease, ensuring a better-work life balance. The app connects the healthcare community whilst delivering transparency on everything from rates, availability, compliance, and rewards, without the need to check any other platforms or contact any other agencies… a true one stop shop. Novello even rewards healthcare workers for the hours worked; with a simple points scheme that can be redeemed with a number reward partners.

The start-up business is based in Bolton and welcomes three staff; Managing Director Jane Couper, Compliance Manager Katrina Aston and Account Manager Caitlin Haughton.

Jane has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector. She understands the challenge of getting a good work-life balance, which has fuelled the passion for technology to allow her to spend more time with her family.
