PSR opens it’s eighth office in Leeds

After successfully launching our Sheffield office in June 2017 and Manchester office in January 2020, it comes as no surprise that we have expanded again. With so many permanent and freelance opportunities in the construction industry and built environment, this is a perfect step for us to grow as a business and expand our offering to clients and candidates who live within the Yorkshire and Northern region.

The past 17 months have come with many challenges for both the industry and for individuals, however it’s demonstrated our resilience, unity and strength. We are proud to have employed 22 new starters at PSR since the start of this year along with acquiring SYK Recruitment in March, who specialise in healthcare recruitment.

The Leeds office, located at Thorpe Park Business Park, opened its doors on Monday 9^th August and will be spearheaded by Associate Director Alex Whisker who has over 24 years’ experience within recruitment and has spent the last 6 years recruiting freelance and permanent white collar staff throughout Yorkshire and the North East whilst managing successful trades and labour teams. Alex has only been with PSR for one year, but his determination, passion and success to deliver quality recruitment solutions has been exemplary. Combining this with our strong recruitment team will allow us to offer our expertise and services to many more candidates looking for permanent and freelance opportunities. Alex will be supported by Regional Director David Pearson, who has a proven track record in expanding the business’ geographical reach over the last 6 years.

Adding Leeds to our portfolio of offices along with Birmingham, London, Southampton, Sheffield, Manchester and Stafford, demonstrates the growth of the business over the past two years, during a time of great uncertainty, and we’re excited to see where this will take us.
