PSR Sheffield: Meet our trades specialists

Since the appointment of PSR Trades Director Max Holloway, the team has been looking to expand its geographical reach and further its offering to clients and candidates of the trades sector.

Located in South Yorkshire, PSR’s Sheffield office is now just over twelve months old and the surge from the team based in Sheffield has been beyond expectation.

A part of the astounding achievement in Sheffield is down to Trades & Labour recruiter, Olivia Hartley-Smith.

Having initially started out as a Resourcer, Olivia was promptly promoted to Recruitment Consultant to establish a PSR trades presence in the North of the UK.

Olivia has built up a portfolio of clients and candidates in a short period of time, placing candidates in Sheffield, Leeds, Middlesbrough and Chesterfield, replicating the award-winning service in the Midlands.

Olivia is regularly searching for candidates looking to pursue roles such as:

• Labourers

• Plant Operatives

• Joiners

• Banksman

Assisting Olivia in placing candidates is Office Administrator Emma Fletcher.

Primarily supporting staff with administrative support, Emma also contributes in building relationships with candidates for Recruiters.

Candidate relationship is key and a part of PSR’s core values. Emma has replicated this throughout all sectors since beginning her PSR career in February of this year and continued to liaison with candidates in a continual manner.
