Working for PSR: Creating an enjoyable and productive working environment

PSR gives its staff an unrivalled working environment in the recruitment industry, regularly putting on worthwhile incentives for staff to push themselves to the limit and beyond.

PSR rewards it’s staff for their continual and dedicated work which has made PSR the company it is today. Recognising and rewarding hard work is seen on a weekly basis, with incentives such as the Spin to Win wheel, offering a whole host of prizes, from free pizza to an early finish.  

Activity days also offer incentives and give opportunities for consultant’s and resourcer’s to show their ultimate and individual potential in front of the entire PSR team. The theme surrounding this specific activity day, was in preparation for England’s first World Cup game against Tunisia, which staff came dressed in their England attire.

The task set was for consultant’s and resourcer’s to make a set amount of calls and references, with each task equalling to a specific amount of points. If the target set of 70 points was achieved by any individual before 3:50pm, an early finish would be earned.

Staff from start to finish, regardless whether they were on course for an early finish or not, were thriving off the non-stop positive energy that the offices of PSR produces daily.   

As you can see from the various offices below, the positive vibes of the World Cup were most certainly brought into Headquarters and the London Office.
