To fill the ever-growing skills gaps within the construction industry, we must collectively look at different and innovative ways to attract talent. The prisons program can help fill your skills gaps, but at the same time, you will be contributing to bettering our society and create access to opportunities for those on the fringes of society.
Does your company have a corporate social responsibility agenda or commitment? The prison’s program would be a perfect project to highlight the work that you are doing to better the communities in which you live, work and play.
