Displaced Talent are skilled refugees such as doctors, engineers, designers, trade workers and more who have been forced to flee their countries because of persecution, war or violence and reside in low - and middle-income countries where they have no right to work and are locked out of international skilled migration systems.
By engaging governments, refugee-serving organisations and local communities, we’re creating safe, legal pathways that enable displaced talent to move for work, resume their careers, and rebuild their lives with dignity.
Through our strategic partners we support UK business fill the skills gaps through identifying displaced talent who can demonstrate the requisite skills and experience.
Our very own Displaced Talent individual, Nariman Alkaddour, understands the struggle of being displaced. We faciliated both her and her family to relocate from Syria and her unique insight empowers her to help companies like yours as well as changing the lives of others.
Based at our head office in Stafford, Nariman provides advice, guidance, interview techniques and much more to other displaced individuals and clients looking to hire displaced talent.
