Adam Baker

Since joining PSR Solutions in 2022 as an apprentice resourcer, I have progressed to the role of Account Manager. Over the past two years, my main priority has been on identifying and tracking top talent in the Trades and Labour sector. I have built strong relationships and developed a large talent pool of exceptional candidates across the Midlands region. 

 

During my apprenticeship, I was honored with two awards: Recruitment Apprentice of the Year and Highly Commended Young Apprentice of the Year in the Building the Future Awards. 

 

I am really passionate about delivering an excellence service to contractors across the country and making sure that their recruitment needs are filled. 

 

 Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and socialising with friends, which helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
