Adam Baker

After finishing my A Levels, I thought the best way to develop my career and learn the skills I needed for a job, was to get straight into work. I am completing an apprenticeship in Recruitment Consulting within the Midlands Trades and Labour Team – I resource candidates for the team as well as matching candidates to the right job myself. I love recruiting and look forward to developing my career here; it’s great being able to impact someone’s life! PSR have really welcomed and accepted me into their business which has really put me at ease, especially with this being the first place I’ve ever worked. I can’t wait to see what my future holds here.
