After finishing my GCSEs I decided to get straight into working full time as an Apprentice with PSR Solutions. I specialise in sourcing candidates for the Trades and Labour sector in our London office. I believe we must understand the long-term goal of the candidate, so we can find the best client fit for them. 

I enjoy the fast-paced environment of recruitment and always ensure to have quality calls with all my candidates making sure they are happy with the projects they are working on and making sure they always stay in work.

Within my role I make it my priority to supply suitable candidates to our clients as well as making sure all compliance is adhered to. I look forward to my journey working with PSR Solutions and helping find candidates their perfect role!
