Bethany Wale

Chasing a passion for photography from a young age, I set up my own business and home studio at the age of 17 to pursue this as a career. Throughout my years of experience in areas such as product, baby, and wedding photography, it was then in 2020 when I discovered another passion within marketing. This led me to take a leap into the marketing industry alongside my photography, starting out and finding my way within several start-up companies leading to managing a small team in a start-up marketing agency at 21.

From growing up with three older siblings, the closest in age still being 9 years older than myself, my mindset has always been at least 10 years older than it probably should be; but this has given me the drive to be constantly pushing forward to succeed in my passions. Since starting at PSR, now 22, it's clear for me to see that this is the place where I want to do that.

At PSR, my role of Marketing Executive can mean my days are very varied! A day in the life at work for me can involve anything from videography, editing, designing, keeping our social media platforms up to date and keeping our overall content organised and on brand. The most important skills I possess which I pride myself on are my creativity, design work and positive outlook!

Outside of work you can either find me with my nose pressed into the pages of a good book, doing yoga, spending time with my family, spending money on things I don’t need or obsessing over the brilliance of Harry Potter or cats.
