My role as Group Chief Operating Officer at PSR is to provide additional service and support to the key accounts within the PSR portfolio.

My primary focus is securing preferred supplier lists, business performance, management information and new business. Master vendor clients and large recruitment projects also fall under my remit with a team of account managers at my disposal to provide this service.

The secondary part of my role is exploring new innovative ways to attract candidates. The need for staff within the construction sector, an industry that is known for its talented and diverse workforce is as demanding as ever. As an agency we are dedicated to Construction 2025 and within my role I work daily to reduce the skills gap and attract talent into the construction industry.

The main sectors covered by PSR are Building, Civil Engineering, Residential, Rail, M&E and Fit-out and within these sectors PSR strive to lead the way in recruitment excellence.
