I joined PSR Solutions in 2025, specialising in permanent white-collar roles within the residential sector across Yorkshire, the North East, and the North West.

Since beginning my recruitment journey in early 2024, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s leading national and regional housebuilders. Along the way, I’ve built a strong network that’s helped connect talented professionals with roles that align with their skills and long-term ambitions.

I’m genuinely passionate about the residential sector and like to stay close to the ground—whether that’s visiting clients, catching up with candidates, or heading out on-site. Staying informed means I can add real value to the people and businesses I support.

Before recruitment, I spent 13 years as a florist, running a small family business in Cheshire—a bit of a leap from roses to recruitment! Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym pretending I know what I’m doing, falling over on a snowboard somewhere cold, or rolling dice at the tabletop with fellow nerds.
