Kerry Morris

I have a huge passion for helping others. My love for marketing began when I was incredibly young, and I relished in the thought that I could change someone's life through the marketing that I create. For example, when I worked within the sporting industry, I could give others the opportunity to make lasting memories with their friends and family. Now in recruitment, I am able to positively impact individuals even further through their career.

I create all things 'content' for the PSR Group which includes PSR Solutions, Build a Career, SYK Recruitment and Appollo Healthcare. In addition, I implement the companies social media strategy, create all web content and work closely with the recruiters to ensure they're getting all the necessary marketing support they need to fulfil their role. I have an obsession for the minor details; I have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy finding ways to improve… everything. This is both in and outside of my role. If there is an error, I will find it! Some might say it's borderline obsession, but I thrive off it!

Outside of work, you'll find me on a field playing fetch with my two cocker spaniels whilst listening to mindset and personal development podcasts. I am always striving for new ways to learn and develop personally as well as professionally, and my passion for helping others continuous outside the office. I've gone on an amazing personal journey over the few years and half to development my confidence, self-worth and belief within myself. I now dedicate my time to helping others with their mindset, along with teaching them the coping mechanisms and strategies that I learnt through attending various therapy sessions and listening to podcasts. If I can help one person realise their self-worth and live a happier life... then my job is done!
