I joined PSR Solutions in 2025 as Business Unit Director with a clear mission: to expand and strengthen our presence across the northern region.

With over 16 years of experience in recruitment, I bring a deep understanding of the industry and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Before my recruitment career, I worked as an outdoor activity instructor—an experience that shaped my leadership style and instilled in me the values of teamwork, resilience, and clear communication.

Today, I focus on driving strategic growth and building high-performing teams, but I still make time for the outdoors—whether that’s hiking, kayaking, hitting the golf course, or getting in a solid gym session. I’m also a proud supporter of Leeds United.
