- Offered 2 Release on Temporary Licence (offenders) permanent employee at our offices
- Recruited 5 ex-forces and service leavers among our teams
- Donated 45 refurbished laptops to a local school and to a housing association
- Provided wraparound service for homeless and care leaver candidates.

Generally candidates are of a good quality providing that you take the time to explain the role properly, as some of the issue is finding not only skillset but also approach and way of working. Where candidates have not been suitable PSR have worked with the team to action the issue promptly.
