My role here at PSR is as National Account Manager, this is a role supporting some of our largest Clients, I work with the Regional offices as well as our Client Resourcing Team based in Bolton to support our clients with their recruitment needs nationally and help them find the best possible talent.

My focus is to bridge the gap between our Client Resourcing Team and our clients so that they can understand requirements and deliver great talent quickly

Prior to my role at PSR, I have 15 years of recruitment experience, mostly spent managing teams and supporting clients to fulfil their large-scale project recruitment needs across the UK and internationally.

This has involved really understanding our client's wants and needs and delivering compliant and realistic support to deliver them, as well as making the processes smoother on the way!

Some of the most successful projects I have supported have seen us hire hundreds of candidates into businesses at a time, as well as continuing to support thousands of freelance workers as they continue their contracts with us.

I love working with people and building meaningful relationships, improving processes and communication as well as seeing the growth and success of our teams and clients.
