I have recently joined PSR after 15 years as an educator, within this time I have taught across all key stages inspiring the next generation of workers, fostering an ethic of hard work and resilience through high quality communication and feedback. This experience I bring to my role as a recruitment consultant and continue my passion for matching the right skills to the right careers.

In my experience, the key to high quality teaching was an outstanding understanding of the subject content, the learners as individuals and the most appropriate methods for learning. I will transfer these skills and work ethic into my role as recruitment consultant, specifically continuing to have an outstanding understanding of the industry that I lead on, the clients and roles I recruit into. I will ensure I listen to your specific needs and requirements and match those to the very best roles. I always go above and beyond for those I work for ensuring the process is clearly communicated at each stage.
