Faith O’Mahony

After finishing School and then working in hospitality, I knew I wanted to get into a full-time career that would support me to develop my career, this is when I started an apprenticeship with PSR Solutions. I specialise in sourcing candidates for the Trades and Labour sector for the Southampton office.

I enjoy the fast-paced environment of recruitment and always strive to have thorough calls with every candidate I speak to, to ensure the right candidate and job are matched. My role is to ensure our workforce are well suited to the project and happy on site which allows my account manager to provide a professional service to their clients.

I look forward to my journey working with PSR Solutions and helping find candidates their perfect role!
