Seb Williams

Having joined PSR in 2024, I'm working across Bristol and The South West to grow our presence in the region. Being from Bristol, I am genuinely passionate about the projects that help reshape the city and enjoy playing a small part in that.

I specialise in Permanent and Senior search appointments within the built environment and work with an array of clients from bespoke builders, sub-contractors, Tier 1 Main Contractors, and leading 5* Developers.  

Over the years, I have built a strong network by being honest, managing expectations from the outset, and always doing my best to deliver on what’s been required.  I am strategic in my approach and have always got my ear to the ground, so I know what is going on in the region. I am always looking to further grow my network be it over a coffee,  events, or even a round of golf.

Before Recruitment, I worked as an English Teacher in Asia and Spain and then on Site as an Assistant Site Manager for a Bristol based Developer.  Away from work, It's football in the winter and cricket and golf in the summer months.
