As PSR Solutions Training Director, I am responsible for the ongoing development of Resourcers, Recruiters & Managers across the business against personal development plans, succession planning and business objectives.

I design & deliver innovative group and 1:2:1 coaching sessions to everyone from Apprentices to Managers / Directors (and everyone in between). Training & development is delivered virtually and face to face from our newly refurbished head office training room and in-branch around our network of offices.

Key training topics include candidate & client recruitment sales, advanced telephone and face-to-face communication, self-management and all skills necessary to succeed.

I began my career working as a Recruiter for 5 years before becoming a recruitment Trainer in 2001. I pride myself on the identification of business and individuals training needs and the design and delivery of high-impact training with a strong emphasis on ensuring delegates develop their skills and fully implement key learnt points at desk level.

I am passionate about high ethical standards when it comes to recruitment practises, the experience we at the PSR Group give our candidates and clients and the training I deliver.
