Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-out projects. The role involves managing project costs from tender through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documents

• Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations

• Cost control, variations, and change management

• Preparing interim valuations and final accounts

• Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

• Ensuring commercial compliance and risk management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or construction

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
